Booking Conditions

CANCELLATION FEES: - 30% up to 31 days before arrival - 100% (= total price) 30 or fewer days before arrival No refund or discount for early departure. In any case, we recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance!
CHECK-IN/OUT: Check-in time: 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM by appointment. If you arrive after 7:00 PM, we will be happy to leave your key and ask that you call before 7:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM (If you would like to check out earlier, please let us know two days before.
ELECTRICITY: The booked price includes 50 kWh of electricity per week or 200 kWh per month – any consumption above this amount will be charged at €0.40 kWh and must be paid in cash upon departure.
POOL: This is a communal pool, and the rules must be followed. We are not liable for accidents or theft - parents are liable for their children!
DOGS: We are a dog-friendly accommodation. Unfortunately, dogs that bark constantly must stay at home. Important: For hygiene reasons, dogs are NOT allowed in beds or on sofa! In the event of a violation, a flat-rate restoration/mattress replacement fee of €400 per unit will be charged.
DEPARTURE/FINAL CLEANING: the house must be left in a clean and tidy condition by 10:00 a.m., i.e., floors swept or vacuumed, trash disposed of, outside ashtray emptied, dishes washed, oven cleaned, toilet flushed, etc.
SAFETY DEPOSIT: 300 € payable cash upon arrival - returned with 10 a.m check out - for earlier departures deposit return by PayPal
LIABILITY: We are not liable for any failures or malfunctions in the heating, water, and electricity supplies. Likewise, we are not liable for the continuous operation of electrical appliances, satellite TV, and other electrical equipment.
SMOKING: Villa Saladillo is a strictly non-smoking house. Please smoke only on the terrace and make sure to close the door so that the smoke stays outside! In case of non-compliance, we will have to charge a renovation fee.
